| Situation
As you continue to wander through the
medieval quarter you will discover a lovely little square called "la
Place Mirabeau"; just nearby our 18th century villa “La Mirabeau” may be found.
This large and handsome stone house with its courtyard garden, Virginia
creeper and mansard roof makes a very comfortable and centrally located
base for your explorations of the town and surrounding countryside. It
is the companion piece of our other Chinon cottage "La Touraine" but has
four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a beautiful outdoor courtyard
(see opposite)
A nearby private garage for parking,
grand master
bedroom with en-suite and a stone fireplace and three other large
bedrooms with facilities near at hand are just some of the
appealing features of the house.
The cottage is ideal for a larger groups or families.
The house is centrally heated throughout with hydronic
gas heating and a beautiful gas ceramic stove on the ground floor. |
