SITUATION In the same private cul-de-sac as our other cottages, le Duché and le Moulin and on the site of the ancient hay-loft or barn once belonging to the local olive-pressing farm, is a tastefully built maison de village which is named La Grange in honour of its past history.
Though quite new, it is built in traditional style harmonising perfectly with the older houses surrounding it. It is centrally located in the heritage quarter of Uzès and sits under the shade of a 300-year-old yew tree.

The cottage is on two levels and is laid out as follows… GROUND FLOOR · Large sitting/dining room/kitchen area. Dining table for four to six persons. · TV (satellite), telephone (unrestricted), books and music system. · Free broadband internet (as in all our other cottages) either wired or wireless. · A pair of French doors leads onto a paved outdoor terrace area with shade sail, table and chairs. · A small bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin and toilet. · Small laundry with washing machine and dryer. · Completely custom built kitchen with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cook top and high quality oven). · A full complement of cookware and dinnerware. Entire cottage is air-conditioned and centrally heated.
FIRST FLOOR · Two double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed available for a third person or visitor. · Bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet adjacent (en-suite) to both bedrooms. This is decorated in a Moorish style and is very attractive.
